Understanding your result
The sample keeps the first Alice,Dublin row and removes the later repeat. Bob,Cork keeps its original position. Compare the retained row with the original before replacing your data; the first occurrence may not be the most complete record for your task.
What to do if you have a problem
If a repeat remains, look for whitespace or a difference in any column. If capitalization should be ignored, select that option and run again from the original input. Check the header setting before processing a table whose first row contains field names.
What to know before using the result
Maximum 2 MB and 20,000 rows. Compares complete rows as text. Whitespace is significant. Header rows are excluded when the header option is selected.
These tools work with pasted text or supported CSV files rather than Excel workbook files. CSV exports contain values and do not preserve workbook formatting, formulas or multiple worksheets. Formula builders produce formula text to use in Excel. Data processing runs in the browser tool.
