Understanding your result
A three-row, two-column table becomes a two-row, three-column table. Your original headings become cells in the first output column. This is useful for changing layout, but it does not assign new meanings or a new header row to the output.
What to do if you have a problem
If the preview seems incomplete, check the downloaded file: wide output can exceed the preview area. If blank cells appear at the edge, inspect uneven source rows, which are padded before transposing. Check the resulting shape before importing it as a new table.
What to know before using the result
Maximum 2 MB and 20,000 rows in input and output. Every selected cell is transposed; the output has no special header row. Ragged input is padded with empty cells. Wide output may show only a limited preview; download includes all cells.
These tools work with pasted text or supported CSV files rather than Excel workbook files. CSV exports contain values and do not preserve workbook formatting, formulas or multiple worksheets. Formula builders produce formula text to use in Excel. Data processing runs in the browser tool.
