Understanding your result
A greater-than filter keeps values strictly above the threshold, so a value equal to it is excluded. Text matching follows the selected literal condition. Check one retained and one excluded source record to confirm the filter means what you intended.
What to do if you have a problem
If numeric or date filtering stops, fix blank or invalid values in the chosen column. Enter dates in YYYY-MM-DD form. If no rows remain, check the column number and condition; an empty result can be correct for that filter rather than a processing failure.
What to know before using the result
Maximum 2 MB and 20,000 rows. Numeric and date filters reject blank or invalid values instead of silently dropping them. Dates must be valid YYYY-MM-DD in years 0001-9999; before/after and numeric inequalities are strict. Text matching is literal. Ragged rows are rejected.
These tools work with pasted text or supported CSV files rather than Excel workbook files. CSV exports contain values and do not preserve workbook formatting, formulas or multiple worksheets. Formula builders produce formula text to use in Excel. Data processing runs in the browser tool.
